Woody. Aged. Grown in polyculture.
Appearance: Aged gold with bronze reflections, slightly hazy and deep.
Nose: Musky and earthy, with notes of incense, dried fig, and aged wood.
Palate: Rich in umami and structured, with accents of shiitake and white miso, rounded out by ripe cherry and a touch of golden honey.
Taste: Bold and musky, with a linear, balanced finish.
Serving Temperature: 13–16 °C

Delicate. High-altitude. Imperial.
Appearance: Pale green with golden reflections, lightly hazy.
Nose: White flowers, candied fruit, and very ripe pineapple.
Palate: Ripe apricot and tropical notes lead into a floral heart of jasmine and osmanthus. The finish is tangy, floral, and lightly tannic.
Taste: Floral and fruity, with balanced acidity and a long, clean finish.
Serving Temperature: 11–14 °C
