Crafted from Menghai Sheng Tai Pu’er, grown at 800 meters in the subtropical region of Xishuangbanna, this creation is made using a dual hot and cold infusion process inspired by mizudashi, enhanced with a slow infusion of oak chips. The result is a harmonious interplay of density, tension, and umami richness, a raw yet refined interpretation of aged tea.

Best enjoyed in a wine glass to fully reveal its aromatic depth and layered structure.

Yunnan Bold: Woody. Aged. Grown in polyculture.

Appearance: Aged gold with a slight haze, bronze highlights, and a deep, fluid texture.

Nose: Musky and earthy, with notes of incense, dried figs, and aged wood.

Palate: Subtle tension opens into notes of wet earth and ancient wood, lifted by umami accents of shiitake and white miso. The structure gradually softens, unveiling a long, enveloping finish of ripe cherry and a touch of golden honey.
