Grown at 1500 meters in the misty mountains of Guizhou, this iconic Chinese green tea offers a rare balance of vegetal freshness, minerality, and floral complexity. Inspired by the mizudashi method, our infusion technique combines slow hot and cold extractions, enhanced by oak chip maceration and a subtle touch of pink peppercorn.

Best enjoyed in a wine glass to appreciate its full aromatic spectrum and silky texture.

Appearance: Pale green with golden reflections, lightly hazy, silky texture.
Nose: A fruity bouquet where white flowers blend with candied fruits and very ripe pineapple, balanced by subtle freshness.
Palate: Ripe apricot and tropical hints lead into an elegant floral heart, where jasmine and osmanthus intertwine with finesse. The finish is tangy, lightly tannic, and gently astringent.
Taste: Floral and fruity, with balanced acidity and a long, clean finish.
